On October 30th 2014 Kristen Clifton asked Marie to dress up and go with her to a Halloween costume party. They threw together some pretty questionable, last-minute costumes and went to the party as Axl Rose and Slash. This is where fate stepped in, planets aligned, paths crossed and Ryan walked up and introduced himself to Marie wearing a stunning long black and silver sequined dress.

It's nearly eleven Halloweens later, and we've been through a couple of houses, a couple of haircuts, countless boats and trucks, and ten dance-years and recitals. We work together every day and have grown a business. We've watched Etienne grow into a young man. We ride our bikes and swim in the ocean, make morning coffee, catch sunrises, sunsets and waves. We wrangled three dogs but now just one. We've gained two cats. We've been on road trips and surf trips, job sites, mountains and stages, all while working on ourselves, working through endless home renovations and deciding what's for dinner every night. We share the small moments of days, the progress of years and a wealth of laughter and love. There've been countless adventures, challenges overcome, memories made with friends and family, and lots and lots of dancing.
